Als recruiter / intercedent breng je kandidaten en opdrachtgevers bij elkaar. Je beheert je eigen klantenbestand en bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele traject: van vacature tot plaatsing.Je week is gevarieerd. Op kantoor voer je sollicitatiegesprekken, schrijf je vacatures en zoek je actief naar kandidaten. Daarnaast ben je regelmatig op pad om klanten te bezoeken.Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Kandidaten werven en selecteren via verschillende kanalen. - Intake- en sollicitatiegesprekken voeren. - Vacatureteksten schrijven die kandidaten echt aanspreken. - Opdrachtgevers bezoeken en klantrelaties onderhouden. - Personeelsbehoeften van klanten in kaart brengen en meedenken over oplossingen. - Kandidaten begeleiden tijdens het hele recruitmentproces. - Een netwerk opbouwen en onderhouden met zowel klanten als kandidaten.

Omdat je dagelijks met kandidaten en klanten schakelt, zoeken we iemand die: - 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar is en in (de omgeving van) Amsterdam woont. - Makkelijk contact legt en een gesprek met iedereen aangaat, of het nu een kandidaat of een klant is. - Zonder aarzelen de telefoon pakt en zaken zelf in gang zet. - Kansen ziet, positief blijft en graag nieuwe dingen leert. - Goed Nederlands spreekt en schrijft en zich in het Engels goed redt. - Ervaring in recruitment of de uitzendbranche is mooi meegenomen, maar geen harde eis.
