The posting

Voor een tijdelijke vervanging binnen ons recruitmentteam zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Recruiter. Je vervangt gedurende ongeveer 5 maanden een collega die met moederschapsverlof gaat.

Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team dat dagelijks onze Key Accounts ondersteunt bij hun personeelsuitdagingen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de juiste kandidaten op de juiste plaats terechtkomen. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket, veel autonomie en de kans om ervaring op te doen binnen een professionele HR-omgeving waar de mens centraal staat.

Jobomschrijving

Als Recruiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vinden, selecteren en voorstellen van geschikte kandidaten voor onze klanten.

Je gaat actief op zoek naar talent via verschillende kanalen zoals onze databank, sociale media en jobboards. Je voert telefonische en digitale interviews, beoordeelt de competenties van kandidaten en zorgt voor een professionele opvolging gedurende het volledige selectieproces. Ook tijdens de tewerstelling volg je je kandidaten kort op en bouw je aan een duurzame relatie.

Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de Account Coordinators en ondersteun je hen waar nodig bij de dagelijkse planning en administratieve opvolging van uitzendkrachten. Je houdt ervan om verschillende dossiers tegelijk te beheren en weet steeds de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.

Kortom: een veelzijdige functie waarin rekrutering, communicatie en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.

Heb je reeds ervaring binnen rekrutering, HR of klantencontact? Dan is dat zeker een troef. Maar ook gemotiveerde kandidaten met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een grote interesse in mensen komen in aanmerking.

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • Gestructureerd en nauwkeurig werkt.
  • Vlot communiceert in het Nederlands.
  • Kennis van het Frans heeft of bereid is hierin bij te leren.
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht denkt.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kan werken.
  • Snel kan schakelen tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten.

Je bent sociaal, professioneel en haalt energie uit het vinden van de juiste match tussen kandidaat en klant.
