Start als Recruiter Logistiek bij YoungCapital in Rotterdam! Wat ga je doen? Als fulltime recruiter logistiek voor YoungCapital in Rotterdam ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het werven van top kandidaten voor onze opdrachtgevers in de logistieke branche. Lopen zij tegen een recruitmentuitdaging aan? En hebben ze nieuw talent nodig voor hun bedrijf? Jij helpt hen hierbij van begin tot eind! Je gaat in gesprek met jouw klanten en overlegt wat zij nodig hebben. Aan de hand van een functieprofiel stel jij een pakkende vacaturetekst op, die je op onze website plaatst. Jij wacht natuurlijk niet tot de juiste kandidaat zich meldt: je gaat actief op zoek in onze database! Kandidaat gevonden? Dan voer je selectiegesprekken om te kijken of er een match is. Binnen de gestelde deadlines lever jij je opdrachtgever een topkandidaat. Klant blij, kandidaat blij, jij blij. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor poolmanagement. Je onderhoudt goed contact met jouw pool van kandidaten die op structurele basis voor ons werken, zorgt dat de uitstroom minimaal is en beantwoord alle HR-gerelateerde vragen. Ook draag je zorg voor de contracten en het stuk ziekteverzuim. Andere verantwoordelijkheden waar je aan kan denken: - Je hebt dagelijks contact met jouw eigen grote klanten; - Je bent van begin tot eind verantwoordelijk voor de werving en selectie van kandidaten; - Je begeleidt jouw kandidaten en bent op de hoogte wat er bij hun speelt; - Je draagt zorg voor alle bijkomende HR-werkzaamheden, van het aanmaken van contracten tot ziekteverzuim; Werkdagen en -tijden Als recruiter bij YoungCapital in Rotterdam 36 tot 40 uur per week.
