Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Büroangestellten (m/w/d) im Bereich Personalbereitstellung.

Führerschein B und eigenes KFZ sind zur Anreise an den Arbeitsort von Vorteil, jedoch nicht Bedingung.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich * Du bist erster Ansprechpartnerin für BewerberInnen - am Telefon, per Mail und persönlich * Du führst Bewerbungsgespräche, erstellst professionelle Kandidatenprofile und bringst Menschen mit den passenden Jobs zusammen * Du suchst aktiv nach passenden Talenten vorwiegend im kaufmännischen und technischen Bereich * Du unterstützt dein Team in der Personalberatung, -vermittlung und bei administrativen Aufgaben * Du verwaltest Stellenanzeigen und Jobplattformen selbstständig und effizient * Du pflegst Kontakte zu KundInnen, Partnern und BewerberInnen - mit dem richtigen Gespür und viel Empathie

Ihre Qualifikationen * Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gewerblich-technische Ausbildung (QuereinsteigerInnen mit Drive sind herzlich willkommen!) * Erste Erfahrung in HR, Recruiting oder Kundenbetreuung von Vorteil * Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, eine freundliche Art und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit * Organisationstalent, Eigenverantwortung und eine "Hands-on"-Mentalität * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools * Motivation, dich weiterzuentwickeln und Teil eines Teams mit echter Dynamik zu sein

Das gesetzliche Mindestentgelt beträgt € 2.528,04 brutto / Monat, eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
