Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring binnen recruitment, arbeidsbemiddeling, sales of Supply Chain en weet dat commerciële groei begint met zelf initiatief nemen. Je wacht niet af tot een klant of kandidaat zich meldt, maar gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe mogelijkheden. Bij Extra Talent krijg je de vrijheid én verantwoordelijkheid om jouw commerciële talent maximaal in te zetten. Wat bieden wij jou? - Een salaris van € 3.000,- tot € 4.000,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - Een individuele en onbeperkte kwartaalbonus, waarbij jouw commerciële prestaties direct worden beloond; - Vier keer per jaar de mogelijkheid om je salaris te verhogen wanneer je jouw targets behaalt; - Een laptop en telefoon van de zaak en een auto van de zaak; - 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en een uitstekende pensioenregeling; - € 2.500,- persoonlijk opleidingsbudget per jaar, plus coaching en volop doorgroeimogelijkheden; - Borrels, bedrijfsfeesten en regelmatig tijd voor gezelligheid met je collega's. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen commerciële succes en krijgt de ruimte om daar zelf invulling aan te geven. - Nieuwe klanten benaderen en actief op zoek gaan naar organisaties met een recruitmentvraagstuk; - Dagelijks in gesprek gaan met Supply Chain-professionals en ontdekken waar commerciële kansen liggen; - Je eigen klanten- en kandidatennetwerk uitbreiden en zorgen dat dit netwerk blijft groeien; - Marktontwikkelingen signaleren, kansen creëren en organisaties overtuigen van de meerwaarde van Extra Talent; - Kandidaten en klanten bij elkaar brengen en het volledige traject begeleiden tot aan de plaatsing; - Na een succesvolle plaatsing de relatie uitbouw...
