Als recruiter voor Cottus Noord (Friesland, Groningen en Drenthe) krijg jij de verantwoordelijkheid én de vrijheid om recruitment naar een hoger niveau te tillen.Dit is geen standaard recruitmentrol. Jij bent eigenaar van jouw regio, denkt strategisch mee over instroom en weet precies hoe je de juiste doelgroep bereikt. Je werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers en de vakschooldocent, maar hebt tegelijkertijd de ruimte om zelfstandig keuzes te maken en jouw eigen aanpak te bepalen.Werven en verbindenJe richt je op het aantrekken van zowel ervaren technische professionals als kandidaten die zich willen laten omscholen via onze Vakschool. Denk aan monteurs, lassers en andere technische specialisten.Met jouw recruitmentervaring weet je precies waar je deze doelgroepen vindt en hoe je ze in beweging krijgt. Je bent sterk in sourcing, weet hoe je latent werkzoekenden benadert en bouwt duurzame relaties op met kandidaten.Zichtbaar in de regioJe bent zichtbaar, zowel online als offline. Je beweegt je actief in de regio, legt verbinding met gemeenten, scholen en samenwerkingspartners en bent aanwezig op banenmarkten en events.Cottus op de kaart zettenJe speelt een belangrijke rol in het versterken van onze employer branding.
