Hoe ziet jouw functie als Recruiter Offshore & Civiele techniek eruit? Als Recruiter Offshore & Civiele techniek ga je werken bij Tecforce en ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige wervingsproces van technische professionals en corporate recruitment binnen de Tecqgroep. Je schrijft overtuigende vacatureteksten, zoekt actief naar geschikte kandidaten via verschillende kanalen en voert persoonlijke gesprekken. Je volgt marktontwikkelingen op de voet en denkt mee over de invulling van zowel urgente als complexe vacatures. Je werkt samen met marketing, collega-recruiters en fieldmanagers om het juiste talent op de juiste plek te krijgen. Jouw werkzaamheden als Recruiter bestaan daarnaast uit: - Schrijven en herschrijven van doelgroepgerichte vacatureteksten; - Actief zoeken naar technische kandidaten via jobboards, LinkedIn, netwerken en andere wervingskanalen; - Corporate recruitment voor onze eigen Tecforce en Maintec labels; - Voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken en beoordelen van competenties en ervaring; - Beheren en optimaliseren van het gehele wervingsproces in samenwerking met het team; - Onderhouden van contact met kandidaten en zorgen voor een goede match met openstaande vacatures; - Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en inspelen op trends binnen de technische arbeidsmarkt.
