De functie Als project recruiter overheid kom je in vaste dienst bij Compagnon en word je op projectbasis ingezet bij onze opdrachtgevers. Je bent remote, of op locatie bij de klant bezig met alle facetten van het vak: van boolean search, tot recruitmentmarketing en van het schrijven van vacatureteksten tot het opstellen van een wervingsplan. Alles komt aan bod, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en de vraag van je opdrachtgever. Je werkt op verschillende niveaus, bij toonaangevende opdrachtgevers binnen de overheid. En de overheid is groot: ministeries, agentschappen en gemeenten maken deel van onze klantportefeuille. Zo doe je in korte tijd veel ervaring op en daarnaast werken we voortdurend aan jouw ontwikkeling. De organisatie Compagnon helpt mensen en organisaties succesvol te zijn op de arbeidsmarkt.
