Over de functie Als Recruiter ben jij dagelijks bezig om kandidaten die al bij ons bekend zijn, beter en slimmer te plaatsen. Jij maakt het verschil door actief de talentpool te beheren en kandidaten te matchen op openstaande aanvragen bij verschillende vestigingen. Met gestructureerd werken en een talent voor overzicht weet jij precies waar de kansen liggen. Je werkt samen met andere recruitmentteams om sneller tot plaatsingen te komen en zorgt dat profielen altijd actueel en volledig zijn. - Verhogen van de conversieratio van kandidaat naar plaatsing - Beheren en activeren van de talentpool - Actief voorstellen van geschikte kandidaten op actuele aanvragen in het ATS - Zorgen dat profielen volledig en inzetbaar zijn - Signaleren van optimalisaties voor het benutten van kandidaten Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag en verdeelt je tijd tussen werken op kantoor en bezoeken aan onze verschillende vestigingen.
