Je rol is veelzijdig en mensgericht.

Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar dit kan je verwachten:

  • Actief zoeken: je speurt jobboards, sociale media en databanken af naar geschikte profielen.
  • Netwerk uitbouwen: je bouwt een community van internationale kandidaten en bedrijven in jouw regio.
  • Kandidaten pitchen: je stelt kandidaten met overtuiging voor en laat bedrijven de match zien.
  • Kandidaten begeleiden: je leert hun verhaal kennen, ontdekt hun talenten en helpt hen bij elke stap in het sollicitatieproces.
  • Bedrijven adviseren: je helpt hen bij het aantrekken en integreren van divers talent.
  • Sales en targets: je werkt naar duidelijke doelstellingen en haalt energie uit de uitdaging.
