Recruiter Goes Hier ga je werken Binnen ons team werken verschillende disciplines samen: van opleiden, advies en verzuim tot administratie, recruitment en salarisadministratie. En natuurlijk is onze manager P&O er om de lijnen uit te zetten. We werken hard, maar er is minstens zoveel ruimte voor gezelligheid. We lachen veel, lunchen graag samen en zijn regelmatig in voor iets actiefs. Een wandeling tijdens de pauze? Een potje voetbal tijdens een toernooi? Wij zijn erbij. We vinden het belangrijk dat je je snel thuis voelt en plezier hebt in je werk. Samen met onze andere recruiter vorm je het recruitmentteam op ons Centraal Kantoor in Goes. Jullie werken nauw samen om vacatures onder de aandacht te brengen, kandidaten te spreken en uiteindelijk de juiste match te maken met onze teams en cliënten. Recruitment is meer dan alleen vacatures plaatsen. Jij helpt mee om Gors als werkgever op de kaart te zetten. Je bent zichtbaar op beurzen, Meet & Greets en andere evenementen. Je stapt dus regelmatig vanachter je laptop vandaan om nieuwe mensen te ontmoeten en te vertellen waarom werken bij Gors zo leuk en betekenisvol is. Je standplaats is ons Centraal Kantoor in Goes, maar je komt ook regelmatig op verschillende locaties. Zo krijg je een goed beeld van de organisatie én van de mensen met wie je werkt. Na je inwerkperiode is gedeeltelijk thuiswerken mogelijk. Je werkdagen stemmen we samen af. Op donderdag vinden we het fijn als je op kantoor bent voor ons gezamenlijke overleg. Ook organiseren we iedere laatste dinsdag van de maand een inloopmiddag op kantoor. Dan is er een Recruiter aanwezig om...
