Job description As a Recruiter at Workstead, you play a key role in matching the right talent with our clients' vacancies. By using various recruitment channels and social media platforms, you attract suitable candidates and guide them through the recruitment process. With your proactive attitude and strong communication skills, you make sure both candidates and clients are well supported. What you'll be doing - Creating attractive job advertisements: You know how to write engaging vacancy texts that attract the right candidates. - Building and maintaining a candidate network: You actively search for new talent and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a continuous flow of qualified professionals. - Conducting intake interviews: You assess candidates' skills, experience, and motivation to determine whether they are a good fit for our clients. - Managing recruitment processes: You coordinate recruitment activities and ensure a smooth, professional, and structured process for both candidates and clients.
