Wij hebben een vacature voor een recruiter sociaal domein voor ons kantoor in Zwolle voor minimaal 32 uur per week. Wat jij gaat doen als recruiter Je komt te werken als recruiter in het sociaal domein. Je bemiddelt hbo-professionals zoals WMO-consulenten, inkomensconsulenten en klantmanagers. Als recruiter bij Wyzer ben jij de spil in ons streven naar een toekomstbestendig Nederland. Jouw missie is tweeledig: enthousiasmeren en verbinden. Je herkent talent van veraf, kijkt verder dan een cv en brengt talent en opdrachtgevers bij elkaar op een manier die niet alleen voldoet aan de behoeften van beide partijen, maar die ook een duurzame, vruchtbare relatie bevordert. Door jouw bevlogenheid worden kandidaten geïnspireerd om hun volledige potentieel te benutten en maak je een match die echt een verschil kan maken, niet alleen voor individuen, maar ook voor de maatschappij als geheel. Je bent dus verantwoordelijk voor: - Het schrijven van vacatures (SEO); - Het werven van kandidaten off- en online; - Telefonische screening van kandidaten; - Voeren van competentiegerichte interviews; - Matchen van kandidaten en medewerkers op openstaande opdrachten; - Professionals en medewerkers voorstellen bij de accountmanager; - Schrijven van een Wyzer profielschets; - Netwerken en contacten onderhouden met kandidaten en med...
