Deine Aufgaben

* Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses für Engineering- & IT-Positionen

* Active Sourcing über LinkedIn, XING und relevante Plattformen

* Aufbau und Pflege eines nachhaltigen Talentpools

* Erstellung von Anforderungsprofilen und Stellenanzeigen

* Durchführung von Interviews und professionelle Bewerberbetreuung

* Planung und Umsetzung von Personalmarketing-Maßnahmen (Messen, Hochschulen)

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Matura, HTL, Bachelor und/oder Masterstudium)

* Erste Erfahrung im Recruiting/Active Sourcing von Vorteil

* Interesse an Engineering- und IT-Profilen sowie Motivation, sich in technische Inhalte einzuarbeiten

* Sicher im Umgang mit LinkedIn, XING & Social Media

* Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
