The posting

  • Je bouwt een duurzame talentpool uit van technische profielen, zoals techniekers, lassers en monteurs.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar kandidaten via verschillende sourcingkanalen.
  • Je neemt telefonisch contact op, voert intakegesprekken en brengt de ervaring, verwachtingen en technische competenties van kandidaten in kaart.
  • Je overtuigt kandidaten van interessante opportuniteiten en onderhoudt een warm netwerk, ook wanneer iemand niet meteen beschikbaar is.
  • Je zorgt voor een continue instroom van geschikte kandidaten voor terugkerende industriële en technische functies.
  • Je contacteert bestaande klanten en prospecten om hun personeelsnoden te detecteren en nieuwe opportuniteiten te creëren.
  • Je koppelt de juiste kandidaten aan openstaande aanvragen en bouwt duurzame relaties uit met industriële KMO’s in de regio.
  • Je volgt je targets en regiocijfers op en rapporteert aan de Area Manager

Must haves

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma en hebt ongeveer 3 jaar relevante ervaring in recruitment, sourcing, sales, business development of een vergelijkbare commerciële functie.
  • Je bent sterk in telefonische communicatie en voelt je comfortabel bij het leggen van nieuwe contacten.
  • Je bent ondernemend, resultaatgericht en krijgt energie van zelf initiatief nemen.
  • Je kunt kandidaten enthousiasmeren en weet commerciële opportuniteiten op een natuurlijke manier te benutten.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook graag in een team waar collega's elkaar versterken.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Nice to haves

  • Je hebt affiniteit met de industriële sector of ervaring met technische profielen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met actieve sourcing of het opbouwen van een talentpool.
  • Je hebt een commerciële achtergrond in een B2B-omgeving.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitmenttools of andere sourcingkanalen.
