Morgen voor een hoogspanningsstation of radarsysteem op een marineschip. Als Talent Acquisition Specialist bij Akkodis kom je op kantoor regelmatig engineers tegen die je een paar maanden geleden nog als kandidaat sprak. Bij de koffieautomaat hoor je hoe hun eerste maanden bevallen en aan welk project ze inmiddels werken. Verhalen die je weer meeneemt wanneer je een potentiële nieuwe collega benadert of een sollicitatiegesprek voert. Je zit dicht op de business en onze technische teams. Zo krijg je veel mee van de techniek achter onze projecten: van energie en machinebouw tot hightech en transportation. Binnen jouw eigen vakgebied bouw je steeds meer expertise op. Tegelijkertijd krijg je volop de kans om andere industrieën te leren kennen en daarin mee te draaien. Ons internationale recruitmentteam werkt verspreid over Nederland. Online weten we elkaar makkelijk te vinden en springen we bij waar nodig. Daardoor leer je ook van de vakgebieden waarin je collega's actief zijn. Er is veel vrijheid om thuiswerken af te wisselen met werken op de verschillende Akkodis-locaties. Regelmatig zoeken we elkaar op om samen te werken, kennis te delen en successen te vieren.
