Als Recruitment Consultant bij Go4Jobs, onderdeel van Invest4Talent, ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen talent en bedrijven. Je combineert een mensgerichte aanpak met commerciële flair en krijgt de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

🔍 Search like a pro

Jij weet talent te vinden én te enthousiasmeren. Via verschillende kanalen ga je actief op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten voor de vacatures van jouw klanten. Je kijkt verder dan alleen een cv: je ontdekt wat iemand drijft, waar zijn of haar talenten liggen en welke job écht past.

💬 Gesprekken voeren met impact

Je ontvangt kandidaten op kantoor en neemt de tijd om hen écht te leren kennen. Door goed te luisteren en de juiste vragen te stellen, krijg je zicht op hun ervaring, talenten, motivatie en ambities. Vanuit die persoonlijke aanpak begeleid je hen naar een job waarin ze zich goed voelen en kunnen groeien.

🤝 Een sterke partner voor je klanten

Je staat in nauw contact met je klanten en volgt hun vacatures en personeelsnoden actief op. Je geeft feedback, denkt mee en schakelt snel wanneer dat nodig is. Zo bouw je aan duurzame relaties en groei je uit tot een betrouwbare recruitmentpartner voor zowel klant als kandidaat.

🗂️ Administratie die klopt

Ook achter de schermen zorg jij ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt. Van contractopmaak en opstartdocumenten tot een correcte opvolging in onze systemen: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratie.

Van eerste gesprek tot eerste werkdag

Kortom: jij begeleidt het volledige rekruteringsproces, van het eerste contact met een kandidaat tot de match, opstart en verdere opvolging.

Dat doe je met enthousiasme, verantwoordelijkheidszin en vooral veel goesting om bij te leren. Tegelijk krijg je de kans om vanaf het begin betrokken te zijn bij een nieuw kantoor en samen met je collega's Go4Jobs Vilvoorde/Machelen op de kaart te zetten.

Je bent een echte people person met commerciële drive. Je krijgt energie van contact met mensen, ziet opportuniteiten en haalt voldoening uit het maken van de juiste match. Je houdt van resultaat, maar verliest daarbij nooit de mens achter de kandidaat of klant uit het oog.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf hierin:

  • Je communiceert vlot, overtuigend en professioneel en kan je ook goed uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent ondernemend, neemt graag initiatief en durft kansen actief te benutten.
  • Je krijgt energie van doelstellingen behalen en successen boeken, individueel én samen met je team.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, maar kiest bewust voor kwaliteit en duurzame relaties met kandidaten en klanten.
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen kandidaten en bedrijven en weet beide partijen enthousiast mee te nemen in het verhaal.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig en begrijpt dat een goede opvolging en correcte administratie essentieel zijn.
  • Je bent leergierig en veerkrachtig: je staat open voor feedback, wil blijven groeien en laat je niet uit het veld slaan wanneer iets niet meteen lukt.
  • En vooral: je brengt enthousiasme en goesting mee om samen met je collega's van het nieuwe kantoor een succes te maken.

Ervaring in recruitment of de uitzendsector is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw persoonlijkheid, commerciële feeling en drive om te leren vinden we minstens even belangrijk.
