Als recruiter in het wervingsteam bij YoungCapital in Eindhoven help jij vestigingen van YoungCapital in de rest van Nederland bij hun wervingen. Samen met je teamgenoten ben je verantwoordelijk voor de werving en voorselectie van toptalent. Kortom, veel CV's screenen, contact met sollicitanten, telefonische screenings en administratieve werkzaamheden. Heb jij een toptalent gesproken? Dan schakel jij razend snel met jouw collega's uit het land om een sollicitatiegesprek in te plannen voor deze kandidaat. Jij bent de eerste schakel in het maken van de beste match . Doordat jij goed het overzicht bewaart, weet jij precies welke vacature aansluit bij de wensen van de kandidaat en draag jij bij aan het behalen van de gezamenlijke doelstellingen. Binnen het recruitment team van YoungCapital Eindhoven werken we van maandag t/m vrijdag van 9.00 - 21.00 uur en zaterdag van 9.00 - 17.30 uur. Het is belangrijk dat je minimaal 1 avond per week en 1 zaterdag per maand beschikbaar bent. Wat wij bieden - Een startsalaris van €2.750,- bruto per maand obv 40 uur; - Kans op meerdere bonussen bij het behalen van teamdoelstellingen; - Kans op beloning voor jouw ontwikkeling en performance: € 150,- na 9 maanden en nog eens € 100,- na 18 maanden; - Wij gaan voor een match made in heaven: na 15 maanden dienstverband ontvang je een eenmalige bonus van € ...
