Je bouwt aan een sterk netwerk, onderhoudt contact met kandidaten en zorgt voor een continue instroom van nieuwe professionals. Je wacht niet tot kandidaten zichzelf melden, maar neemt initiatief. Je weet hoe je verschillende doelgroepen bereikt en gebruikt slimme sourcingtechnieken om nieuwe kansen te creëren.
