Als Teil dieses internationalen Transformationsvorhabens übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Ro... 1 Recruiting & Onboarding Lead SAP SuccessFactors Implementierung (m/w/x) Gesucht wird für unseren Standort in 2351 Wiener Neudorf, IZ NÖ-Süd Straße 6 Obj. 16 Zentrale, für 38.5 Wochenstunden.

Aufgaben * Als Expert:in für Recruiting- und Onboarding-Prozesse übernehmen Sie die fachliche Verantwortung für SmartRecruiters und SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 im Zuge der internationalen Implementierung und darüber hinaus. * Sie entwickeln das globale Prozessmodell für Recruiting und Onboarding weiter und stellen dessen erfolgreiche Umsetzung in den beteiligten Ländern sicher. * Eine durchgängige und positive Candidate Journey vom ersten Kontakt bis zum ersten Arbeitstag wird durch Ihre konzeptionelle und fachliche Arbeit ermöglicht. * Gemeinsam mit relevanten Stakeholdern gestalten Sie die Weiterentwicklung der Career Site und der Candidate Experience unter Berücksichtigung von Employer-Branding-Anforderungen. * In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Implementierungspartner:innen, internationalen Projektteams sowie den Bereichen Integration, Data Migration, Reporting, Talent Acquisition und Change Management koordinieren Sie zentrale Projektaktivitäten. * Globale Standards bringen Sie erfolgreich mit länderspezifischen Anforderungen in Einklang und stellen gleichzeitig eine hohe Datenqualität an der Schnittstelle zu Employee Central sicher.

Qualifikationen * Sie bringen ein Masterstudium mit Schwerpunkt HR, IT oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit, darüber hinaus haben Sie SAP SuccessFactors-Implementierungsprojekte begleitet und sich dabei auf die ModuleRCM/RMK undONB fokussiert. * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Recruiting- und Onboarding-Prozessen, idealerweise in international aufgestellten Organisationen, wird ebenso vorausgesetzt. * Ein fundiertes Verständnis der Schnittstellen zwischen Recruiting, Onboarding und Employee Central sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Implementierungspartner:innen und internationalen Stakeholdern runden Ihr fachliches Profil ab. * Sie überzeugen mit ausgeprägtem lösungsorientiertem und unternehmerischem Denken sowie hoher Durchsetzungsfähigkeit. * Konfliktfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit helfen Ihnen dabei, auch in komplexen internationalen Projektumfeldern erfolgreich zu agieren. * Sie bringen eine Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 25 % Ihrer Arbeitszeitmit.
