To enhance our successful Talent Acquisition Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate 1 Recruiting Specialist & Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/d) Are you driven by the challenge of building exceptional teams in a global high-tech environment? Your Responsibilities

* Lead the recruitment cycle with agility and precision, ensuring the right talent finds the right role

* Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners crafting sourcing strategies that fit business needs

* Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions and future growth

* Collaborate with external agencies to secure quality and efficiency throughout the process

* Work with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR tools to keep workflows smooth and data accurate

* Conduct structured interviews to ensure cultural and functional fit

* Represent the company at recruitment events, bringing our culture and values to life

* Use data analytics to track KPIs, optimize processes, and share insights on market trends and employer branding

Your Profile

* Solid experience in HR and talent acquisition ideally in an international fast-paced environment

* Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies for diverse roles

* Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills combined with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach

* Comfortable working with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and proficient in Excel a technical background is a plus

* Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills

* Collaborative analytical and committed to continuous improvement

* Open to working on-site in Leoben with flexibility for remote days
