Wij zijn op zoek naar een commerciële Recruitment Consultant.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je maakt deel uit van het team van Leuven en zal je focussen op de uitbouw van regio Vlaams-Brabant!
  • Je doorspit de arbeidsmarkt en rijft de talenten binnen die bij jouw vacatures in portefeuille passen;
  • Je bent bruggenbouwer tussen klant en kandidaat. Jij verbindt de noden en behoeften van alle betrokken partijen met elkaar;
  • Je ontdekt graag het “verhaal achter het verhaal”. Diepte-interviews afnemen? Talenten en vaardigheden identificeren bij jouw kandidaat? Dat kan jij;
  • Je hebt een neus voor en creatieve geest om commerciële opportuniteiten in de regio te spotten en binnen te halen;
  • Je achterhaalt de noden achter de vraag. Je begrijpt tot in de puntjes wat jouw klanten verwachten en biedt de meest passende oplossing die we in petto hebben. Je fungeert als een echte hiring partner;
  • Je bent op zoek naar menselijk contact in diverse vormen: commerciële bezoeken, coaching, jobbeurzen, events… dat is wat jou energie gee
  • Je bent meertalig, op die manier kan je kandidaat en klant in eigen taal verder helpen. Het meest ideale scenario: (sterke) kennis van het Nederlands, goede kennis Frans en Engels;
  • Je kent de taal van HR en Sales en kan deze overbrengen naar zowel (potentiële) klant, kandidaat als collega. Sharing is caring;
  • Je bent op zoek naar een resultaat- en oplossingsgerichte werkomgeving, je brengt hier zelf ook de nodige dynamiek om samen de vruchten te plukken. Attitude is definitely key;
  • Je hebt een vast Belgisch rijbewijs op zak;
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master diploma op zak, liefst in een economische of mensgerichte richting
  • Je hebt een eigen verhaal en kan dit verbinden met dat van de organisatie, zodat je op authentieke wijze een partner bent voor kandidaat, klant en collega’
