En zoek je een functie waarin je jouw recruitmentexpertise inzet om leidinggevenden te adviseren en recruitment verder te professionaliseren? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. De arbeidsmarkt voor onderwijs en kinderopvang is krap. Het vinden en binden van goede medewerkers vraagt om een doordachte en toekomstgerichte aanpak. Daarom investeren wij in recruitment als zelfstandig vakgebied. Als Recruitment Adviseur ben jij dé specialist op het gebied van werving en selectie binnen De Hoeksche School. Je bewaakt kwaliteit en objectiviteit in selectieprocessen en jij verstrekt de kandidaatervaring. Je neemt het recruitmentdomein over van de HR-adviseurs en bouwt dit verder uit tot een professionele dienstverlening voor zowel onderwijs als kinderopvang. Je begeleidt vacatures van A tot Z, adviseert schooldirecteuren en locatiemanagers over wervingsvraagstukken en ontwikkelt effectieve strategieën om ook schaars talent aan onze organisatie te verbinden. Je werft voor uiteenlopende functies, zoals leerkrachten, pedagogisch medewerkers, onderwijsassistenten, intern begeleiders, schoolleiders en stafmedewerkers. Afgelopen jaar vulden wij circa 65 vacatures in binnen de kinderopvang, het basisonderwijs en het voortgezet onderwijs. Met ruim 700 medewerkers op 38 locaties in de Hoeksche Waard is geen dag hetzelfde. Je bezoekt regelmatig onze scholen en opvanglocaties om de organisatie, de cultuur en de wervingsbehoefte goed te leren kennen. Je combineert strategische projecten met de dagelijkse recruitmentpraktijk. Je schrijft en publiceert vacatures, benadert actief kandidaten, voert intake- en selectiegesprekken, plant gesprekken in en onderhoudt het contact met kandidaten en leidinggevenden gedurende het hele wervingsproces.
