Wij werken niet met traditionele cv's, maar selecteren op basis van competenties via een sollicitatiegame. Jij combineert operationeel recruitment met een duidelijke strategische rol binnen jouw regio. Je voert de regie over recruitment in Zuid-Nederland en denkt actief mee over de wervingsstrategie, de inzet van de juiste kanalen en het verbeteren van onze recruitmentprocessen. De focus ligt op het werven van gediplomeerde beveiligers en aspirant-beveiligers voor onze BBL-klassen. Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit ons kantoor in Schiedam en werft voor uiteenlopende klanten, waaronder het COA, gemeenten, UWV, de Rijksoverheid, TenneT, universiteiten en grote organisaties zoals Ahold en NXP. Eén keer per week werk je vanuit ons regiokantoor in Schijndel of bezoek je een van onze klanten. Wat ga je doen? - Je voert de regie over het volledige recruitmentproces in jouw regio - Je zet vacatures uit, spreekt kandidaten en begeleidt het selectieproces - Je organiseert wervingsacties samen met marketing (online én offline) - Je adviseert teamleiders en managem...
