Als recruitment business partner bij IJK ben je verantwoordelijk voor meer dan het invullen van vacatures. Je denkt mee over de toekomstige personeelsbehoefte, adviseert over de juiste recruitmentstrategie en bouwt aan talentpools voor de langere termijn.

Je voert de regie over vacatures binnen verschillende afdelingen en sectoren. Daarbij ben je een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor zowel interne als externe contactpersonen. Je verdiept je in wat er speelt, stelt kritische vragen en vertaalt behoeften naar een passende recruitmentaanpak. Vanuit jouw expertise adviseer je over wat nodig is om de juiste mensen aan IJK te verbinden.

Je richt je onder andere op functies binnen consultancy en outsourcing, zoals salarisadviseurs, payroll consultants, functioneel beheerders en AFAS-consultants. Van trainees tot ervaren professionals. De arbeidsmarkt voor deze professionals is zeer schaars. Daarom verdiep je je vanuit oprechte interesse in de inhoud van de functies en in wat deze doelgroep drijft.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Regie voeren over het volledige recruitmentproces, van vacature-intake tot het aannemen van een nieuwe collega. • Meedenken over de huidige en toekomstige personeelsbehoefte binnen IJK. • Hiring managers adviseren over de recruitmentstrategie per vacature en doelgroep. • Je bent continu in contact met professionals en talenten binnen de doelgroepen van IJK en bouwt duurzame relaties met hen op. • Bouwen aan structurele talentpools en de positie van IJK als werkgever versterken. • Samen met marketing werken aan employer branding en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie. • Recruitmentprocessen en -middelen verder ontwikkelen en verbeteren. • Recruitment binnen IJK verder professionaliseren, bijvoorbeeld met strategische personeelsplanning en nieuwe mogelijkheden op het gebied van digitalisering, automatisering en AI. • Relaties onderhouden met interne en externe partners, waaronder Driessen Groep, Driessen Inclusief, scholen en UWV.
