Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een recruitment consulent die ons rekruteringsverhaal mee vorm geeft. In deze nieuwe rol werk je nauw samen met onze HR Business Partner en krijg je de kans om een belangrijke impact te maken op het aantrekken van experts binnen onze organisatie.

Jouw uitdaging

Als recruitment consulent ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige rekruteringsproces en draag je actief bij aan onze employer branding en talentstrategie over de verschillende kantoren heen. Je vaste uitvalsbasis is ons kantoor te Wetteren.

Werving en selectie

  • Talent laat je niet zomaar op je afkomen. Daarom ga je zelf proactief op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten via diverse kanalen.
  • Potentiële kandidaten weet je op een enthousiaste en overtuigende manier warm te maken voor ons bedrijf.
  • Telefonische screenings geven jou energie en je weet snel potentieel bij kandidaten te herkennen.
  • Samen met leidinggevenden neem je deel aan diepte-interviews en ondersteun je het volledige selectieproces.
  • Een professionele en positieve kandidaat ervaring staat voor jou centraal, van het eerste contact tot de onboarding.
  • Dankzij jouw advies kunnen managers en teamverantwoordelijke de juiste aanwervingsbeslissingen nemen.
  • Met een nauwkeurige opvolging van kandidaten zorg je voor een vlotte en transparante communicatie.

Employer branding & partnerships

  • In nauwe samenwerking met marketing werk je mee aan sterke employer branding initiatieven.
  • Jobbeurzen, netwerkevents en campusactiviteiten organiseer en coördineer je van A tot Z samen met onze marketing collega’s.
  • Relaties opbouwen met scholen, opleidingscentra en regionale partners geeft jou energie.
  • Collega’s die onze organisatie vertegenwoordigen op beurzen kunnen rekenen op jouw ondersteuning en begeleiding.
  • Nieuwe ideeën om talent aan te trekken? Die breng jij spontaan aan en werk je mee uit.

HR ondersteuning

Naast je rol binnen recruitment, kan je breder ingeschakeld worden binnen het HR team.

  • De opmaak van arbeidsovereenkomsten ter voorbereiding van de opstart van medewerkers, behoort mee tot jouw takenpakket.
  • Je ondersteunt, waar nodig, de HRBP in diverse projecten.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denk- en werkniveau.
  • Een hands-on aanpak, initiatief nemen en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Met de nodige maturiteit weet je het werving- en selectiebeleid mee vorm te geven en verder uit te bouwen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden stellen je in staat om duurzame relaties op te bouwen met kandidaten, collega’s en externe partners.
  • Afwisseling geeft je energie en je weet vlot te schakelen tussen verschillende prioriteiten.
  • Een eerste ervaring met sourcing, telefonische screenings en interviews is van belang.
  • Zowel zelfstandig werken als samenwerken met diverse stakeholders geeft jou voldoening.
  • Occasionele verplaatsingen naar onze vestigingen in Ieper en Hoogstraten vormen voor jou geen probleem.
