Jouw job als Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter en Recruitment Specialist Als Recruitment Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige rekruteringsproces van bediendenprofielen. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met kandidaten en klanten en zorgt voor kwalitatieve matches.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Actief zoeken naar geschikte kandidaten via databases, jobsites, sociale media en netwerkevents
  • CV's screenen en kandidaten interviewen om hun ervaring, competenties en ambities in kaart te brengen
  • Kandidaten voorstellen aan klanten en hun dossier professioneel opvolgen
  • Nieuwe opportuniteiten detecteren bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten, hun recruteringsnoden bespreken en actief nieuwe samenwerkingen uitbouwen
  • Langdurige relaties uitbouwen met kandidaten en klanten
  • De markt opvolgen en meedenken over gerichte rekruteringsacties
  • Het volledige selectieproces begeleiden van eerste contact tot opstart

Jouw profiel als Recruitment Consultant Voor deze functie van Recruitment Consultant zoeken we iemand die al ervaring heeft binnen recruitment van bedienden- en/of engineeringprofielen.

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring als Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Selectieconsultant of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen rekrutering en selectie van bedienden- of engineering profielen.
  • Je communiceert professioneel met kandidaten en klanten
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten, je bespreekt hun rekruteringsnoden en bouwt actief nieuwe samenwerkingen uit
  • Je kan verschillende vacatures en dossiers gelijktijdig opvolgen
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale tools, databanken en rekruteringsplatformen
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands voldoende om professioneel te communiceren met kandidaten en klanten

Ook kandidaten met uitgebreide ervaring binnen recruitment en selectie komen zeker in aanmerking.
