Onze klant in de regio Berchem is een ambitieuze consultancy organisatie die sterk inzet op groei en kwaliteit. Om het team verder uit te bouwen, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Recruitment Consultant.

In deze rol combineer je commerciële verantwoordelijkheid met recruitment. Je bouwt je eigen klantenportefeuille uit, gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten en begeleidt klanten bij hun zoektocht naar de juiste professionals. Tegelijkertijd werk je nauw samen met je collega's om de beste kandidaten aan de juiste bedrijven te koppelen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je bouwt actief aan nieuwe klantenrelaties en onderhoudt een sterke samenwerking met bestaande klanten.
  • Je gaat op zoek naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten binnen jouw markt en sector.
  • Je analyseert de noden van klanten en vertaalt deze naar een gerichte recruitmentaanpak.
  • Je begeleidt klanten doorheen het volledige recruitmentproces en bouwt duurzame partnerships op.
  • Je volgt de arbeidsmarkt en relevante ontwikkelingen binnen jouw sector op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om vacatures succesvol in te vullen en de juiste kandidaten voor te stellen.
  • Je denkt mee met klanten over hun personeelsnoden en adviseert hen over de meest geschikte aanpak.
  • Je neemt ownership over je eigen klantenportefeuille en bouwt deze verder uit.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je behaalde idealiter een bachelor/master, maar de juiste mindset primeert.
  • Je hebt een commerciële mindset en krijgt energie van klantencontact en het uitbouwen van relaties.
  • Je bent ondernemend, resultaatgericht en neemt graag zelf initiatief.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet mensen te overtuigen.
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in de arbeidsmarkt en krijgt energie van het werken met mensen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook graag binnen een gedreven team.
  • Ervaring binnen recruitment, B2B-sales, consultancy of een commerciële omgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
