Als Recruitment Consultant bij Extra Talent geven we jou de ruimte en het vertrouwen om jouw 360-gradenrol volledig zelfstandig in te richten. Jij pakt de regie over je eigen agenda, stippelt je eigen commerciële koers uit en bouwt op jouw manier aan duurzame relaties op niveau. Ons aanbod - Elke vier weken salaris tussen € 3.300,- en € 3.800,- bruto (40 uur). - Auto van de zaak, inclusief privé kilometers; - Onbegrenste bonusregeling met heldere, vooraf vastgestelde rekenregels; - Wekelijks de mogelijkheid om één dag vanuit huis te werken; - Volledige faciliteiten zoals een laptop en smartphone van de zaak; - Jaarlijks 25 vakantiedagen voor een goeie balans; - Vaste pensioenregeling en korting op je zorgverzekering; - Jaarlijks € 2.500,- opleidingsbudget voor cursussen of trainingen. Wat ga je doen? - Zelfstandig bouw en onderhoud je een volwaardige klantenportefeuille op, waarbij je het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor hiring managers in jouw markt; - Vanaf het opstellen van de wervingsstrategie tot aan de contracttekening stuur je het complete traject voor jouw kandidaten strak en helder aan; - Regelmatig schuif je op niveau aan bij directie, HR en recruitmentmanagers om inhoudelijk advies te geven over de aanpak van hun vacatures; - Commerciële kansen in de regio Amsterdam pik je snel op, waarna je zelf de onderhandelingen voert over tarieven en samenwerkingsvoorwaarden; - Knelpunten in onze huidige werkwijze pak je direct aan, bijvoorbeeld door mee te bouwen aan betere wervingsprocessen of slimme marktbenaderingen. Wat verwachten wij van jou? - Minimaal twee jaar ervaring in de arbeidsbemiddeling neem je al mee; - Commerciële gedrevenheid koppel je aan inhoudelijke senioritei...
