Daarom zoeken we een Recruitment Consultant die zijn of haar ervaring inzet om de juiste professionals te verbinden aan Defensie - een organisatie die staat voor veiligheid, samenwerking en maatschappelijke impact. In deze rol krijg je de kans om een specialisme vanaf de basis op te bouwen. Je werkt in een team, maar altijd met het doel om hét aanspreekpunt binnen Talentmark te worden voor Defensie. Wat ga je doen? - Je bouwt mee aan het opstarten en vormgeven van een nieuwe businesslijn binnen Talentmark, gericht op Defensie. - Je speelt een sleutelrol in het neerzetten van een nieuw team en krijgt de kans om actief mee te denken over de inrichting ervan. - Je fungeert als recruitmentadviseur voor hiring managers bij Defensie. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces: van intake tot aanbod. - Je onderhoudt duurzame relaties met kandidaten en stakeholders en bouwt een sterke talentpool op. - Je houdt CRM systemen nauwkeurig bij en borgt compliance. Wat breng je mee? - Een bachelor- of masterdiploma (bijv. HR, Bedrijfskunde of Techniek). - 2-5 jaar ervaring in recruitment (bureau of inhouse). - Of: aantoonbare affiniteit met Defensie en/of technische profielen (zoals ILS, MSI of engineering). - Je bent zelfstandig, resultaatgericht en een echte doorpakker. - Je communiceert helder, bent overtuigend en bouwt ge...
