Je schakelt veel met zorgprofessionals en opdrachtgevers, houdt tempo in je trajecten en zet graag net die extra stap om tot een succesvolle plaatsing te komen. Jouw nieuwe baan Als recruitment consultant richt je je op een specialistisch deel van de zorg: de sociale geneeskunde. Misschien ken je deze wereld al, misschien ga je hem bij BKV ontdekken. Het is een dynamische arbeidsmarkt waarin de vraag naar zorgprofessionals groot is. Juist daarom is jouw inzet belangrijk: jij brengt vacatures, organisaties en kandidaten bij elkaar. Je bent dagelijks actief bezig met recruitment. Je spreekt kandidaten, brengt hun wensen en mogelijkheden in kaart en ziet snel welke vacatures bij hen passen. Tegelijkertijd houd je contact met opdrachtgevers, vraag je goed door op hun behoefte en zorg je dat je precies weet wie zij zoeken. Je benadert medisch specialisten, huisartsen, basisartsen en andere zorgprofessionals en bouwt aan een relevant netwerk. Daarbij maak je slim gebruik van AI en moderne recruitmenttools om professionals gerichter te vinden en kansen sneller te herkennen. Je begeleidt kandidaten tijdens het hele proces. Van het eerste contact en de kennismaking tot de sollicitatie en uiteindelijke plaatsing: jij houdt overzicht, volgt actief op en zorgt voor een prettige ervaring. Aan opdrachtgeverszijde schakel je onder andere met teamleiders, HR, inkoop en flexbureaus. Je bespreekt openstaande vacatures, denkt praktisch mee over de werving en vertaalt de vraag naar concrete acties. Je stelt passende kandidaten voor en houdt alle betrokkenen goed op de hoogte van de voortgang. In deze functie gaan recruitment en commercie vanzelfsprekend samen.
