Dan is dit jouw kans om aan de slag te gaan binnen een warm klantenportefeuille in de installatietechniek. Je werkt voor zowel grote landelijke installateurs als regionale MKB-bedrijven en helpt hen dagelijks met het invullen van uitdagende technische vacatures. Je start niet met een leeg klantenbestand, maar krijgt direct een eigen portefeuille om te beheren en verder uit te bouwen. Daardoor ligt de focus in het begin vooral op recruitment en relatiebeheer. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste professionals worden gevonden, begeleid en uiteindelijk succesvol aan onze opdrachtgevers worden verbonden. Zie jij daarnaast commerciële kansen? Dan krijg je alle ruimte om jouw netwerk verder uit te breiden en nieuwe relaties op te bouwen. Je komt in een team met Destiny en krijgt veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Of je nu wilt doorgroeien tot senior consultant of uiteindelijk een junior wilt aansturen, jouw ambitie bepaalt de route. Als Recruitment Consultant Installatietechniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een eigen klantenportefeuille binnen de installatietechniek. Je werkt samen met zowel grote landelijke installateurs als regionale MKB-bedrijven. Na de onboarding krijg je bestaande klanten onder je hoede, waardoor de nadruk in het begin ligt op relatiebeheer en het invullen van openstaande vacatures.
