Wat ga je doen? Binnen onze dienstverlening Recruitment & HR als service werk je op interim basis voor klanten. In deze opdrachten word je tijdelijk onderdeel van de organisatie en neem je (een deel van) het recruitmentproces over. Hierdoor maak je impact van binnenuit en help je organisaties structureel verder. Van begin tot eind ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het wervingsproces bij jouw klanten. Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen recruitment: jij bent dé recruitmentpartner die organisaties helpt hun werving structureel te verbeteren. Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, duikt in hun organisatie en begrijpt wat er écht nodig is om de juiste mensen aan te trekken. Als geen ander weet je waar jouw doelgroep zich bevindt en schakelt snel en persoonlijk met kandidaten én stakeholders binnen de organisatie. Daarbij zorg je voor een sterke candidate experience en bouw je actief aan duurzame talentpools die jouw klanten verder helpen. Je werkt resultaatgericht en vertaalt recruitmentinspanningen naar succesvolle en duurzame plaatsingen. Tegelijkertijd kijk je breder: je signaleert commerciële kansen, denkt mee over verbeteringen en adviseert klanten over hun recruitmentstrategie, processen en arbeidsmarktbenadering.
