Wegens de geplande verhuizing van Detalent richting ons nieuwe kantoor in Breda, zijn we nu al op zoek naar een commercieel gedreven Recruitment Consultant die ons team komt versterken! €3500 Per maand Breda Noord-Brabant HBO MBO Dagdienst Direct dienstverband Je voert gesprekken met kandidaten, maakt de juiste match en begeleidt het volledige traject van eerste contact tot start bij de klant. Vanaf het begin krijg je ook commerciële verantwoordelijkheid: je wint referenties in, signaleert kansen en bouwt stap voor stap aan je eigen klantenportfolio. Naarmate je groeit, krijg je steeds meer vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Uiteindelijk groei je door naar een 360-gradenrol waarin je het volledige traject zelfstandig oppakt: van kandidaat en klant tot deal. Functie eisen - MBO4 werk- en denkniveau (door opleiding of werkervaring onderbouwd); - 1-3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in de arbeidsbemiddeling (bv. als Recruiter, Intercedent, Consultant) is een pré; - Ben jij een commerciële starter op MBO of HBO niveau die het vak wil leren, dat is ook zeker een pré - Je hebt de bereidheid tot het volgen van functie gerelateerde opleidingen (bv. VCU-VIl, SEU); - Je bent pro-actief, sociaal, vindingrijk, commercieel en communicatief sterk.
