Je bouwt zelfstandig aan duurzame klantrelaties, ontwikkelt new business en weet jouw netwerk verder uit te breiden. Aan de kandidaatkant voer je inhoudelijke gesprekken, adviseer je over de volgende stap en zorg je voor de juiste match. Van eerste contact tot succesvolle plaatsing houd jij de regie en benut je jouw ervaring om zowel klanten als kandidaten optimaal te bedienen.
