Je komt terecht in een ervaren team van 3 consultants die jou meenemen in het recruitmentvak. Vanuit ons kantoor in Eindhoven werk je aan je commerciële ontwikkeling, bouw je een eigen netwerk op en leer je alles over recruitment binnen de logistieke dienstverlening. Wij bieden jou - Een bruto maandsalaris van € 2.900,- tot € 3.700,- op basis van 40 uur; - Een ongelimiteerde bonusregeling per kwartaal, waarbij je beloond wordt voor jouw resultaten; - Een telefoon en laptop van de zaak, met daarnaast de mogelijkheid tot een auto van de zaak; - Jaarlijks € 2.500,- opleidingsbudget en verschillende sales- en recruitmenttrainingen; - Vier keer per jaar de mogelijkheid op een salarisverhoging wanneer je goed presteert; - Verschillende doorgroeimogelijkheden, bijvoorbeeld richting Senior Sales of Business Unit Manager; - Een flinke dosis Brabantse gezelligheid, van de jaarlijkse zomer-BBQ bij de teammanager thuis tot borrels op Stratumseind. Wat ga je doen? Als Recruitment Consultant specialiseer je je binnen de logistieke dienstverlening. Je richt je op kantoor- en leidinggevende functies, zoals Expediteur, Transportplanner en Customer Service Medewerker. Vanuit Eindhoven bouw je aan je eigen klanten- en kandidatennetwerk en begeleid je professionals tijdens hun hele traject. - Een eigen klantenportfolio opbouwen bij logistiek dienstverleners in de regio en jezelf ontwikkelen tot volwaardig gesprekspartner voor directies en HR-managers; - Via LinkedIn en databases actief op zoek gaan naar talent en tijdens persoonlijke gesprekken ontdekken waar professionals naar op zoek zijn; - Kandidaten vanaf het eerste contact intensief begeleiden tot en met het ondertekenen van de overeenkomst; - Tijd...
