Als Recruitment Consultant speel je een cruciale rol in het matchen van vastgoedprofessionals met opdrachtgevers van Solid Recruitment, het opbouwen van relaties, en het bieden van professioneel advies en begeleiding gedurende het gehele wervingsproces. - Je bouwt een netwerk op in het vastgoed, door actief te zoeken naar potentiële kandidaten via diverse kanalen. - Je screent cv's, sollicitatiebrieven en andere relevante documenten om geschikte kandidaten te selecteren voor onze opdrachtgevers. - Je voert telefonische en persoonlijke interviews om de vaardigheden, ervaring en geschiktheid van kandidaten te beoordelen. - Je selecteert de meest geschikte kandidaten bij vacatures en introduceert deze bij opdrachtgevers. - Je adviseert opdrachtgevers over wervingsstrategieën, vacatureteksten en markttrends. - Je bouwt nieuwe relaties op en onderhoudt deze door regelmatig contact te onderhouden en hun behoeften en verwachtingen te begrijpen. - Je beheert het volledige wervingsproces, inclusief het coördineren van interviews, het ve...
