Als Recruitment Consultant verbind je organisaties met de juiste professionals en bouw je tegelijkertijd aan je eigen klantenbestand. Je spreekt dagelijks verschillende mensen, adviseert organisaties over hun personeelsbehoefte en begeleidt professionals naar een volgende carrièrestap. Daarbij krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf commercieel en persoonlijk te ontwikkelen, met aantrekkelijke bonussen bovenop je salaris. Dit kun je van ons verwachten - Een basissalaris tussen €2.700 en €3.800 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - Een ongelimiteerde individuele bonusregeling bovenop je salaris; - €2.500,- persoonlijk opleidingsbudget en toegang tot ons online leerplatform; - Een laptop en telefoon van de zaak; een leaseauto die ook privë gebruikt mag worden, behoort afhankelijk van de functie en omstandigheden tot de mogelijkheden; - 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld, een goede pensioenregeling en €55,- netto onkostenvergoeding per vier weken; Wat ga je doen? - Je bouwt zelfstandig aan je eigen klantenbestand en legt actief contact met potentiële opdrachtgevers binnen Supply Chain; - Tijdens gesprekken ontdek je waar organisaties behoefte aan hebben en adviseer je hen over recruitment en personeelsvraagstukken; - Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties en zorgt dat samenwerkingen zich verder ontwikkelen; - Voor vacatures van jouw klanten zoek je actief naar geschikte Supply Chain-professionals en benader je hen binnen jouw netwerk en daarbuiten; - Je voert gesprekken met kandidaten om hun ervaring, kwaliteiten en ambities te leren kennen en bepaalt welke mogelijkheden bij hen passen; - Vanaf het eerste contact begeleid je professionals gedurende het sollicitatieproces en houd je contact met de opdrachtgever; - Je bespreekt en onderhandelt over tarieven en a...
