Als Recruitment Consultant bij Talentus speel je een cruciale rol in ons team. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor het rekruteren en selecteren van geschikte kandidaten voor diverse vacatures bij onze klanten. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor zowel kandidaten als bedrijven en bouw je sterke, duurzame relaties op.

  • Rekrutering en selectie: Je voert intakegesprekken, screent kandidaten en begeleidt hen door het hele sollicitatieproces.
  • Relatiebeheer: Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met onze klanten en zorgt voor een perfecte match tussen kandidaat en vacature.
  • Commerciële uitdaging: Je hebt een commerciële mindset en ziet kansen om ons klantenbestand verder uit te breiden. Het actief benaderen van potentiële klanten en het opbouwen van langdurige relaties maken deel uit van je dagelijkse taken.
  • Ondersteuning en advies: Je ondersteunt bedrijven in hun zoektocht naar nieuw talent en geeft hen professioneel advies over HR-vraagstukken.

In deze rol rekruteren we een sterke professional met interesse in rekrutering, B2B contact en commercieel talent:

  • Jouw eerste commerciële ervaring heeft je doen beslissen dat je nog meer verdieping je volgende job zoekt! Jij weet wat je wil en dat is in een salesdriven omgeving werken.
  • Of je bent net afgestudeerd in een commerciële / HR richting met tonnen leergierigheid en een dynamische sales mindset!

  • Door je persoonlijke touch in je selectiegesprekken en klantenbezoeken bouw je een stabiele vertrouwensband op. Je bent iemand die over een enorme positieve vibe beschikt en gelukkig wordt wanneer je een sollicitant aan een droomjob kan helpen!
  • Tijdens een wekelijkse teammeeting draag je actief bij tot het teamresultaat en neem je de nodige rekrutering initiatieven om je persoonlijke & teamdoelstellingen te behalen!
