Als Sales Consultant in Gent kom je terecht in een 360°-recruitmentrol waarin je nauw samenwerkt met innovatieve bedrijven en getalenteerde ingenieurs. Je begeleidt het volledige traject, van eerste contact tot succesvolle plaatsing.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je bouwt sterke, duurzame relaties op met bedrijven binnen de engineering sector en onderhoudt deze actief.
  • Je spot nieuwe opportuniteiten via consultative selling en gaat proactief op zoek naar nieuwe samenwerkingen.
  • Je onderhandelt de voorwaarden en sluit partnerships af met klanten.
  • Je sourcet en screent ingenieursprofielen via diverse kanalen: LinkedIn, jobboards, events, jouw eigen netwerk…
  • Je begeleidt zowel kandidaat als klant doorheen het volledige recruitmentproces.
  • Je coördineert interviews en volgt het traject op tot en met de succesvolle plaatsing.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je geeft goesting in een veelzijdige 360°-rol (met soms wat hectiek).
  • Ambitieus, resultaatgericht, geboren teamplayer.
