Als Recruitment Consultant ben jij de verbindende factor tussen klant, kandidaat én al onze interne specialisten. Je beweegt je door alle lagen van ons bedrijf: van Recruiters tot Copywriters, Designers en Advertisers, en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt en doelen behaald worden. Dat maakt dit misschien wel de meest veelzijdige baan in recruitment. Werkzaamheden Wat ga je doen? Als Recruitment Consultant vertaal jij, vanaf de kick-off, het DNA van organisaties naar concrete wervingscampagnes. Dat doe je niet alleen; jij vormt namelijk de brug tussen de klant en al onze interne specialisten, van Recruiter tot Marketeer.
