Salaris tot € 3.900 bruto per maand op fulltime basis, plus veel aantrekkelijke extra's. Wij bieden - Salaris tot €3.900 op fulltime basis, met mogelijkheid tot parttime (32-40 uren/week) werken en deels thuiswerken; - 32,5 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis; - Bonusregeling per kwartaal én winstafhankelijke eindejaar bonus; - Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden (junior- / medior- / senior recruitment consultant en junior- / medior- / senior consultant) - Uitzicht op een vast contract en een goed geregeld pensioen; - 4 weken per jaar werken vanuit ons appartement in Spanje; - Elke dag een verse lunch; - De gezelligste vrijmibo's en uitjes. Functieomschrijving Als Recruitment Consultant zoek, werf en selecteer jij kandidaten en begeleid je hen naar een passende baan. Je onderhoudt contact met zowel kandidaten als opdrachtgevers, bewaakt de voortgang en draagt bij aan duurzame matches. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om gezamenlijke doelen te behalen, want bij van nes + plaisier doen we het samen. Je bent resultaatgericht en bereid je in te spannen om doelen te behalen. Je doet dat vanuit betrokkenheid: bij de kandidaat, bij de klant en bij je team. Je communiceert daarbij direct en helder.
