Wat ga je doen? Als Recruitment Consultant ben jij de verbindende factor tussen onze klanten en IT-professionals. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer ben je in gesprek met een kandidaat over zijn droombaan en een uur later spar je met een klant over de juiste recruitmentaanpak. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het actief benaderen van IT-professionals via LinkedIn, jobboards, social media en andere slimme kanalen - Het voeren van gesprekken met kandidaten en ontdekken waar iemand écht energie van krijgt - Het opbouwen van een sterk netwerk van IT-talent - Het schrijven van pakkende kandidatenprofielen waarmee je klanten enthousiast maakt - Het onderhouden van relaties met klanten en kandidaten - Het signaleren van commerciële kansen en meedenken over nieuwe mogelijkheden - Het samenwerken met collega's om vacatures snel en succesvol in te vullen - Het oppakken van new business via LinkedIn, mail, telefoon en jouw eigen creativiteit Bij Hupp geloven we in openheid, eerlijkheid en samenwerken op basis van vertrouwen.
