Als Recruiter bij Adecco ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vinden van de ideale kandidaten voor de vacatures die je beheert. Je gebruikt je creativiteit en digitale vaardigheden om kandidaten aan te trekken en zoekt actief naar talenten via eigen database, jobsites en sociale media. Je ziet commerciële kansen en onderneemt actie. Telefoneren is een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk, en je bouwt langdurige relaties op met kandidaten en klanten. Je zorgt voor de perfecte match tussen kandidaten en klanten en houdt dossiers up-to-date.

Je zoekt actief naar kandidaten voor de vacatures die je beheert

Je onderneemt actie bij het spotten van commerciële kansen

Je bouwt langdurige relaties op met kandidaten en klanten

Je zorgt voor een perfecte match tussen kandidaten en klanten

Je houdt dossiers up-to-date en zorgt voor correcte documentatie

  • Positieve instelling en focus op actie ondernemen
  • Nieuwsgierigheid om anderen te leren kennen en te doorgronden
  • Sterke communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden
  • Flexibiliteit en aanpassingsvermogen aan veranderingen
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master diploma of ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
