Jobomschrijving

Als Recruitment Consultant:

  • Begeleid je klanten bij het opstellen van vacatureteksten en het definiëren van hun wervingsbehoeften.
  • Zoek je actief naar geschikte kandidaten via verschillende kanalen.
  • Voer je interviews met kandidaten om hun vaardigheden en ambities te beoordelen.
  • Beheer je het volledige rekruteringsproces, van selectie tot aanbod.
  • Onderhoud je relaties met bestaande klanten en bouw je nieuwe contacten op.
  • Adviseer je klanten over markttrends en rekruteringsstrategieën.
  • Werk je nauw samen met je team om doelen te bereiken.

Als Recruitment Consultant heb/ben jij:

  • Een relevante hogere opleiding succesvol afgerond.
  • Ervaring in sales en/of recruitment.
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Pragmatische en resultaatgerichte mindset.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Gedreven persoonlijkheid met ambitie om zichzelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Afkomstig uit de regio van Antwerpen
