Recruitment Consultant Amsterdam €3.000 Locatie : Amsterdam Salaris : €3.000 Uren : Fulltime Leer de organisatie kennen De organisatie is een gespecialiseerd bureau in Amsterdam dat zich richt op de technische en industriële sector. Door die focus werk je binnen een duidelijke niche en bouw je als consultant kennis op van een markt waar veel vraag is naar technisch talent. Nieuwe consultants starten met een opleidingstraject onder begeleiding van senior consultants. De eerste periode draait vooral om het leren van de basis: professionals vinden, benaderen, spreken en begeleiden. Je wordt daarin niet direct afgerekend op zelfstandige plaatsingen, maar vooral op houding, ontwikkeling, discipline en doorzettingsvermogen. Na ongeveer zeven maanden verschuift de rol richting een volledige commerciële functie. Je krijgt dan meer verantwoordelijkheid voor klanten, professionals en je eigen markt. Hoeveel er in die markt al staat, verschilt per team, maar je wordt hierin stap voor stap meegenomen. De cultuur is commercieel, ambitieus en competitief, maar blijft nuchter en informeel. Er wordt veel gevraagd, maar je werkt in een omgeving waar begeleiding, ontwikkeling en gezamenlijke successen belangrijk zijn. Over de functie Als Junior Sales Consultant start je aan de kandidaatkant van het vak. Je zoekt actief naar professionals binnen de technische en industriële sector, voert gesprekken en onderzoekt waar iemand goed zou passen. Zo leer je de markt kennen en bouw je de basis op om later ook commercieel richting klanten te opereren. Gaandeweg krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheid. Je leert hoe je klantrelaties opbouwt, commerciële kansen herkent en een eigen markt ontwikkelt. Uiteindelijk groei je toe naar een rol waarin je verantwoordelijk bent voor zowel professionals als klanten. De nadruk ligt op new business.
