Als Recruitment Consultant ben jij dagelijks bezig met twee dingen: de juiste kandidaten vinden én nieuwe klanten aan je binden. Je gaat actief op zoek naar talent, bouwt een sterk kandidatennetwerk op en ziet commerciële kansen bij organisaties. Vanuit Rotterdam krijg je de vrijheid om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan en jouw eigen resultaten te behalen. Je krijgt binnen Extra Talent alle ruimte om ondernemend te werken. Hoe actiever jij kandidaten spreekt, hoe beter je weet wat er speelt in de markt. En hoe beter je de markt kent, hoe makkelijker je nieuwe klanten kunt benaderen en adviseren. Aanbod - Een startsalaris van € 2.700,- tot € 3.500,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Reis je met het openbaar vervoer? Dan worden deze kosten volledig vergoed; - Een transparante individuele bonus die gebaseerd is op jouw behaalde resultaten; - De mogelijkheid om 1 dag per week thuis te werken, aangevuld met een netto onkostenvergoeding, laptop en telefoon van de zaak; - Een leaseauto behoort tot de mobiliteitsmogelijkheden en mag ook privé worden gebruikt; - Een opleidingsbudget van € 2.500,- per jaar en een persoonlijk ontwikkeltraject met trainingen en coaching; Werkzaamheden Als Recruitment Consultant combineer je recruitment met een commerciële rol.
