Als Recruitment consultant bij Technisi ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen technisch talent en toonaangevende bedrijven. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces: van werving tot plaatsing en begeleiding. Je voert intakes met technische professionals, brengt hun ervaring en ambities in kaart en beoordeelt hun geschiktheid. Vervolgens stel je hen voor bij passende opdrachtgevers en begeleid je hen tijdens het sollicitatie- en plaatsingstraject. Je werft actief via verschillende kanalen, bouwt aan een sterke talentpool en weet ook latent werkzoekenden te bereiken. Aan de klantzijde onderhoud je contact over personeelsbehoeften, denk je mee over functieprofielen en adviseer je over haalbare oplossingen in een krappe arbeidsmarkt. Tijdens het hele proces blijf je betrokken en zorg je voor een goede match én duurzame samenwerking tussen kandidaat en opdrachtgever.
