Travo is een gespecialiseerde rekruteringspartner die talentvolle bouwprofessionals verbindt met ambitieuze werkgevers. Van grote aannemers en projectontwikkelaars tot gespecialiseerde HVAC-installateurs en studiebureaus: wij spreken de taal van de sector.

Voor onze vestiging in Antwerpen zoeken we een ervaren Recruitment Consultant. Je hebt je intussen wat bewezen in B2B sales, accountmanagement of recruitment en zoekt een omgeving waar prestaties en professionaliteit centraal staan. We zoeken een sterke, commerciële persoonlijkheid die zelfstandig en doortastend aan een succesverhaal kan bouwen!

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Na een intensief onboarding- en coachingtraject door onze ervaren partners word jij een echte specialist binnen de Sales & Marketing markt.
  • Je verkent actief de markt, benadert potentiële klanten en brengt hun noden scherp in kaart. Je overtuigt hen van onze kwalitatieve dienstverlening en bouwt je eigen klantenportefeuille uit.
  • Zodra je een vacature opneemt, ga je actief op zoek naar de "witte raaf": je schrijft pakkende advertenties, benut je netwerk en zoekt gericht via diverse kanalen.
  • Je voert grondige diepte-interviews met kandidaten om hun competenties, ambities en persoonlijkheid te matchen met de bedrijfscultuur van jouw klant.
  • Je stelt geschikte kandidaten voor, plant de sollicitatiegesprekken in en onderhandelt de voorwaarden van A tot Z. Jouw deal is pas rond wanneer je de perfecte langetermijnmatch hebt gerealiseerd!
  • Vanaf het eerste contact tot de opstart (en ver daarna) ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zowel klant als kandidaat.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een Graduaat-, Bachelor- of Masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring opgebouwd binnen sales, accountmanagement of recruitment. Kennis van de bouwsector? Mooi meegenomen!
  • Je beschikt over een commerciële mindset, een gezonde dosis lef en een uitstekend aanpassingsvermogen.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht, legt de lat hoog voor jezelf en hebt een natuurlijke overtuigingskracht.
  • Je bent communicatief ijzersterk in het Nederlands en hanteert een professionele, transparante en authentieke aanpak.
