Jouw rol Wij zoeken een Recruitment Consultant Werving & Selectie die met enthousiasme en scherpte de juiste matches weet te maken tussen kandidaten, projecten en opdrachtgevers. Jij bent onderdeel van ons commerciële team en werkt samen met collega's aan de beste invulling van klantvragen én het versterken van ons netwerk. Daarbij draait het niet alleen om het invullen van vacatures, maar vooral om het opbouwen van langdurige relaties - met kandidaten, opdrachtgevers én collega's. Binnen ons team staat vertrouwen centraal. We geven elkaar de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, werken samen aan resultaat en zorgen voor een prettige, open sfeer. We doen ons werk serieus, maar houden ook van een goede dosis humor en een informele manier van samenwerken. Wat ga je doen? Werven en selecteren van professionals voor vaste functies bij onze klanten en voor adviseurs in dienst van Synergie. Kennismakings- en intakegesprekken voeren met kandidaten: je leert ze écht kennen. Relaties onderhouden met professionals in ons netwerk: je weet wie er beschikbaar is en waar hun kracht ligt.
